We take pride in offering a vast selection of refurbished devices, ranging from iPhone 8 to iPhone 15 and Samsung S9 to S24, all models of MacBook, iPad and laptops. We offer high speed broadband, office 365 licenses and hosted telephony at an unbeatable rate. Additionally, for businesses that require it, we provide brand new tech.
All of our devices are meticulously refurbished with all original parts by industry leading technicians in our state of the art labs to “look brand new and work like new,” and they all come with a 12-month warranty as standard. We are confident that the quality of our handsets is indistinguishable from brand new devices, hence we have the iGo challenge – we’ll send two devices to you, one new and one refurbished, you then must confidently tell us which is which.

Whether it’s bespoke branded accessories with your logo, a doorstep swap of newly procured devices to upgrade from existing tech, pre-fitting screen protectors and cases or tailored insurance solutions, we’ve got you covered.
If you are a sole trader or a multinational corporation and require a tailored airtime package we have the flexibility to add international minutes, international roaming, increase or decrease data allowances, management software and multi network plans to make sure your business can be cost efficient whilst functioning at the highest capacity., and cater to specific wants and needs further sets us apart.
Customer Support
At iGo, we prioritise customer satisfaction. Statistically 1% of devices may develop undetectable faults. In such cases, we provide a seamless solution with a pre-paid label via our returns portal. Our state-of-the-art diagnostic software allows us to determine the fault and repair or replace the device within 24 hours, ensuring a seamless aftercare service.
For clarity, brand new devices also have a fault rate of 1% too – so our devices really are as good as new!
Selling and Recycling
Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond refurbishing technology. We offer a buy-back program for all existing tech, not limited to just mobiles – literally any hardware you have to dispose of regardless of it’s condition.
This tech will be securely collected by one of our drivers, data wiped at the point of receival at our warehouse and either refurbished for resale or responsibly recycled if its past the point of repair. We will give you a rebate on any technology we can find value.
