While our refurbishment process ensures the highest quality, we acknowledge that the odd device (under 1%) may develop undetectable faults. In such cases, we offer customers a hassle-free solution. They can return the device using a pre-paid label via our warranty portal, and our state-of-the-art diagnostic software will determine the fault. If the device is found faulty, we will promptly repair or replace it within 24 hours.
For instances of consumer-induced damage, we provide a repair quote. Customers who opt for insurance on their devices benefit from our contract to repair any handsets supplied by iGo, creating a mutually beneficial relationship.
