Our warranty covers defects or malfunctions that occur from normal, everyday use. It applies only to the device itself, covering faults related to materials or workmanship. If an issue arises within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the device at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover:
Manufacturer software
Accidental damage (screen damage or liquid damage)
Damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, or chips)
Damage from third-party repairs or modifications
Normal wear and tear
Loss or theft of the device
Data loss or damage
Yes, all passcodes and iCloud/Samsung accounts must be removed. We cannot process your device unless it is fully unlocked.
