“Refurbished” is a word. Consistent grading is a promise.

Here’s a bit of trivia that quietly costs UK businesses real money: “refurbished” has no legal definition. None. Any seller can put it on any device — whether it’s been through a hundred checks or a quick factory reset and a fresh screen protector.

So two phones can carry the same label, the same price and the same tidy spec sheet, and be completely different underneath. Buying one handset? That’s a gamble. Buying a few hundred for your range or your fleet? That’s a budget line with a headache attached.

At iGo Fulfilment, we don’t ask you to trust the label. We built our whole model to make it irrelevant.

Grading you can actually rely on

The thing nobody mentions about grading systems is that they aren’t standardised. One supplier’s Grade B is another’s Grade C. Order from three sources and you’ll get three definitions of “good condition” in a single delivery.

We grade every device to a fixed, documented standard — A through D — and we hold it, order after order. Ask for Grade A and you get Grade A. Not “Grade A-ish.” Not “mostly, apart from that one batch.” The same grade, the same condition, every time, at volume.

And if you’d rather it went out under your own brand, we’ll do that too. For partners with the volume to support it, we white-label the lot — dispatched as though it came straight from you, and graded to your criteria rather than ours. Your labels, your standard, your customer’s experience; our stock and consistency doing the work behind the scenes.

That consistency is the product. Anyone can find you a phone. Delivering thousands of them, correctly graded and matched to your spec without drama, is the hard part — and it’s the part we’ve built our reputation on.

The networks already know

Every UK major network sources refurbished stock from us. Mobiles and tablets, graded A to C for spec-matched demand — mostly A — delivered at the volume and consistency their operations depend on.

That’s not a name-drop for its own sake. If our grading stands up to the scrutiny of the country’s largest and most demanding mobile buyers, it’ll stand up for you.

Not just for networks

Here’s the part we’d like more people to know: you don’t have to be a network to buy this way.

Whether you’re an insurer sourcing replacement handsets, a retailer building a refurbished range, a distributor after reliable volume, or a repair business needing consistent stock — the same graded, consistent, at-scale supply is open to you. Same standard, same reliability, whatever the order size. And if it’s volume batch stock you’re after rather than spec-matched grades, we handle that too.

Good for the planet, good for the report

There’s an easy sustainability win here as well. A refurbished device uses a fraction of the raw materials and carbon of a new one — most of a phone’s footprint comes from making it, not using it. Choosing refurbished at scale is one of the more meaningful things a business can do for its Scope 3 numbers, and it reads rather well in a sustainability report.

Let’s talk

If you’re buying refurbished mobiles or tablets — or you’d like to start — we’d be glad to show you what consistent, graded, at-scale supply actually looks like.
