Our 12-month warranty covers defects or malfunctions that occur during normal, everyday use.
It applies to the device itself, protecting against faults related to materials or workmanship.
If an issue arises within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the device at our discretion.

What is not covered under the warranty?

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Manufacturer software or operating system issues
  • Accidental damage (e.g. cracked screens, liquid damage)
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs
  • Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, or chips)
  • Damage resulting from third-party repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Loss or theft of the device
  • Data loss or corruption
